Skeletons of a living coelacanth (Latimeria Chalumnae), 1,8m long,  a specimen from the Comoros (ABOVE) and a 100 million year old fossil coelacanth (Macropoma lewesiensis), 59cm long from Cretaceous period deposits in England (BELOW).
