Careers Education and Training Opportunities
A Careers, Education and Training Faire that will transform the career seeking
process into a brand new dimension of advice and opportunities will take place
from February to May 2003.
The faire is a joint venture between SABC Education and Orbes Media. The
partners decided that the creation of one official careers faire will inform
learners, educators, parents and secondary schools that it's no longer necessary
to take valuable time out to attend numerous small exhibitions and conferences.
The fair offers a one-day solution to careers, education and training
opportunities. Exhibitions, which will share knowledge and skills through
seminars and training workshops, will take place in the Western Cape,
Johannesburg and Durban. Plans to host a faire in Petersburg and Bloemfontein
are currently being considered.
