Postdoctoral Position
A well motivated individual is invited to apply for postdoctoral position at the
Cape Peninsula University of Technology. The applicant should be a candidate
with an impressive scholarly record who is interested in projects related to
System Agronomy, Population Genetics or Ethno-botany. Candidate with interest in
both cultivated and medicinal species is encouraged to apply for this position.
A sound background of both soil fertility and crop management will be an added
advantage. The successful candidate may be required to travel within 100 Km
radius among research facilities to conduct his/her research. This position is
based on the wellington campus of CPUT. Interested individual should forward a
comprehensive CV (including but not limited to; publication/conference record,
research interest, field of specialization and names of two or three referees)

This position is available as early as February 1, 2012. Position will remain
opened until suitable candidate is selected.

Honours level in the broad areas of Agronomy (Crop and Soil Sciences),
Agricultural Economics and Animal Sciences are also welcome to apply for M. Tech
